Robert James Vicari Jr.

Born: June 22, 1960 in Paterson, New Jersey

Bob comes from a talented family.  His father and grandfather were both gifted musicians.

When Bob was 10 years old, his parents gave him a snare drum for Easter -launching Bob on his musical journey.  He went on to play drums in his grammar school band, high school marching band and concert orchestra.

After high school he joined the RMA Orchestra in Ringwood NJ. Since 1976 his musical prospects have been endless. 

Before joining The Blue Emerald Band, Bob's most challenging musical venture was a progressive rock quintet called "Prism Factor" based out of Milford PA.

In April 2006, Bob had the honor to compete in the NY Metro "Beatle Fest" with a quartet called "The Sunkings".  "The whole experience was wonderful and fulfilling".
